A CELEBRATION OF LIFE

Our Mission & Vision At its core,
A Celebration of life
Is driven by a singular, powerful vision:
to ensure that no memory fades into obscurity.
Preserve Memories
Creating a permanent digital sanctuary where memories, stories, and tributes can be safely preserved for future generations.
Build Community
Connecting individuals who share the experience of loss, fostering support networks and meaningful relationships.
Provide Support
Offering comprehensive resources, professional support connections, and crisis assistance for those in need and or have lost loved ones due to substance abuse or suicide. A Celebration of Life
was intentionally designed to be a supportive environment for these sensitive circumstances by providing a non-judgmental space and access to relevant resources.
This website aims to break down stigmas and offer comfort to those who might otherwise feel isolated in their grief.
Special attention is also given to honoring veterans and fallen soldiers, acknowledging their unique sacrifices and ensuring their stories are never forgotten.

This website was created from my own journey of loss-after saying goodbye to my sister Misty and my mother to suicide, and my brother Michael to a tragic accident by the time I was 18. Here, I've built a community where memories are honored, stories are shared, and families can find comfort, support, and hope.
This site is more than a memorial- it is a community. It is not just a website- it's my soul's purpose.
It is a place to celebrate life, to heal, and to ensure that those we love are,'' Always Remembered and Never Forgotten.'"

In Loving Memory of Michael MCGREGOR HourIgan
'"MYK"'!!!
Michael HoURIgan was truly a daredevil — always along for the ride, always chasing the next adventure
. He lived for fun, freedom, and the thrill of doing things his own way. Rules were never something Michael felt bound by; he believed life was meant to be lived boldly, loudly, and without hesitation.
Michael wanted to experience everything — to live life fully, go on adventures, push limits, and take risks.
He was a free spirit with a strong will, and once his mind was made up, there was no stopping him. He didn’t like being told no, and he never pretended to be someone he wasn’t. Michael was direct, blunt, honest, and unapologetically himself — sometimes rash, always real.
Creativity ran deep in Michael. He was an artist in every sense — musically, creatively, and visually. He loved making beats, rapping with friends, tagging, and expressing himself through spray paint and art. Creating was his outlet, his language, and his way of leaving his mark on the world.
Family meant a great deal to Michael. He looked up to his older brother SEAN and shared a deep bond with him. He was deeply loved by his mother and father, who always tried to guide him in the right direction and cared for him fiercely, AND HE LOVED THEM, JUST THE SAME.
Though Michael followed his own path, that love was always there — steady, constant, and unconditional.
Michael lived by his own rules, walked his own road, and left an impression wherever he went. He was fearless, passionate, and unforgettable. His spirit lives on in every adventure taken, every beat created, every wall painted, and every story shared by those who loved him.
Rest easy, Michael.
Forever free. Forever bold. Forever loved.

A CELEBRATION OF LIFE

Misty Lynn Dollwet
October 8 1977- January 21 1987
Was a truly remarkable individual whose bright spirit and articulate nature left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Known for her exceptional communication skills, she dazzled her grandfathers coworkers at work parties with her quick wit and impressive vocabulary.
Misty excelled academically, achieving straight A's throughout her school years, and her penmanship what's nothing short of amazing.
A passionate writer, Misty loved to express herself by journaling and creating beautiful pieces of jewelry.
Her love for her family was profound, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
No matter where she worked, she often found herself in management positions, demonstrating her natural leadership abilities and work ethic from a young age.
She was adaptable and could easily connect with everyone she encountered, making friends wherever she went.
Misty had a flare for music and enjoyed making mixed tapes of her favorite songs from the radio.
She lived in various group homes in Marin County, always embracing new experiences, and would often take her little sister along on field trips, showing her adventurous spirit and love for life.
Throughout her career, Misty worked at several places, including as a manager at Ross, and at a Mexican restaurant in Occidental.
Her dedication and hard work was recognized when she became the manager of the bakery department at Safeway and later at Red Lion restaurant in Novato California. In her memory a tree was planted in front of the restaurant after her passing, a beautiful tribute to her life.
One cherished memory I have is from my 8th birthday when Misty picked me up in her recently purchased old Cadillac. She was beaming with happiness as she drove us from Petaluma to Santa Rosa mall to get my ears pierced at Claire's. Sadly, they we're closing when we arrived, so instead, we treated ourselves to ice cream Sundays at Swenson's and watched a movie together at the movie theaters. I remember the movie it was waiting to exhale staring Whitney Houston. Those joyful moments together are a testament of her warmth and love. A light that shone brightly until her untimely passing.
Misty Lynn Dollwet's Legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched, reminding us at importance of love, friendship, and living life to the fullest. She will always be remembered for her brilliance, kindness, and the joy she brought to those around her.

michael Anthony Dollwet
December 4th 1980- february 1st 2005
Michael Anthony dollwet passed away at the young age of 25, leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and authenticity.
Michaels life, though far too short, touched everyone who knew him with his gentle heart and unique spirit.
Michael was a gifted artist, known for his incredible ball point pen drawings that reflected patience, detail, and vision, he also expressed his creativity through street art, tagging bridges and walls with the style that was truly his own. Art flowed through his veins, a gift he shared with his father , and one that will continue to inspire his family and friends. He lived boldly and unapologetically, never afraid to stand out or embrace his individuality. Michaels love of punk rock went beyond the music- it was a way of life. With his London -style punk look and confident stride, he turned heads wherever he went. Some may not have understood, but Michael stayed true to himself ,beleving deeply in being true to who you are and doing what makes you happy.
Alongside his creative Side, Michael was also an athlete.
In school, he excelled in both basketball and baseball, proudly earning the title of an all star player. His drive and talent carried into the court in the field, where he shined just as brightly as he did in his art.
Michaels greatest love, however, was his family. A true mama's boy he treasured time spent at family dinners, holidays and moments gathered around the table.
He worked with his dad and shared a bond of respect and admiration with him, but it was his mothers love that anchored his heart.
Michaels gentle soul, his laughter, his artistry, and his fearless individuality Will never be forgotten. He taught those around him the importance of staying true to yourself, loving fiercely, and finding joy in creativity and family. Though his passing leaves an ache that words cannot mend, his memory lives on in the hearts of those who loved him.
